Would my retired mother,(65 and mobile lol) living off social security and 401k savings be able to get a home loan?

Good morning I am in need of some advice with a property I have it’s a manufactured home land and home are attached to it so it’s no longer mobile I am stuck on it and can’t figure it out if anyone has any tips advice or Can even be my mentor it would me the world to me thanks have a good day everyone.From Az in the valley

You are also going to find it "Very" difficult to close in an LLC as a portfolio loan with a Mobile with a loan amount under $100K.

There is empty land on my parcel that had a mobile home many moons ago. 

Mobility is certainly low and friction to hire is high.
