One way is with door hangers, driving for dollars, telling managers around your property,  magnetic signs on your car, popular and used newspaper ads, talk to experienced Agents, City building officials might help you, yard signs, and social media ads.  

Tell the first agent that you wish to cancel your contract with them (I'm assuming you signed an exclusive Buyer's Agency contract with them?)
