They have never disputed my receipts.

But the ones who are saying just to cover it up don't appear to portray it as cutting corners, but rather as a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

I have usually been involved in valuation disputes of privately held notes, pretty much audit issues and market values of the mortgage.

I have used an incentive ( I don't anymore because demand is high) where I would pay back $15 for payments which were 1)made electronically 2) recurring 3) cleared prior to the first, and I would pay that back to the tenant in a separate check every 6 months if 1) there were no disputes 2) there were no late payments for the period.

I would make sure and talk to the merchant about their policy if (when) a charge gets disputed.

Most courts encouragement other resolutions before eviction so for someone to get all the way to the point of being evicted takes a certain type of person that statistically is very high risk it will happen again.However, many PMs and DIY landlords will start the eviction process the day after a tenant is late.

If you dispute it and they make a claim on it -- it can get pricey to fight over it.

I have a good credit score in the low 700s, but I seem to have a dispute judgment that doesn’t allow me get a loan of which I never knew about until now.I would appreciate any suggestions/information that could help me in this situation.Thanks
