I don’t like when newbies get sucked into the rabbit hole of bouncing around forums on bigger pockets all day.

Welcome to BP I'm also a newbie interested in multifamily properties have you thought about possibly having forming or joining a local investment group, going to a few investor gatherings, I'm always looking to bounce ideas.

If you hold long enough, the property will always bounce back in value.Investors get in trouble when they leverage and overspeculate, they buy properties on the hope of appreciation where the rents dont cover expenses and essentially have overhead to just hold the property.

I didn't ever mean to be in real estate, cars were my true love I thought but simply being that far ahead of the curve with some income stability allowed me to bounce jobs and learn skills that have translated very well.    

Always happy to talk real estate and bounce new ideas around.

We own enough land near Orange County to build 28 homes (long story how that came to be haha), and have bounced back and forth on whether to sell, build-then-sell, or build-then-rent (which is looking very appealing at today's interest rates).

Today Mortgage-Backed Securities FINALLY hit a break with a good CPI Report (the measure of inflation) that bounced the market back 203 Bps(!)

Matter of fact, after hours trading is indicating a bounce tomorrow/ Wednesday.
