How do you go about tracking information about your properties like what size air filters or other specs you might need to reference when out getting parts for a unit, when preventative maintenance tasks are due, what keys are associated with it, data on major equipment, etc? 

How do people comp Air BnB income for a house they are buying that would potentially be used to rent on that site? 

Have you talked with a property management company about the pros and cons, estimated payoff, etc for the property as an air bnb versus whole home rental vs room by room?
