Hello I am new to the real estate world yet I do have minimal knowledge thanks to a mentor that I have.

What is "typical" in the REI world?

The first chapters are about attitude and how you look at the world.

This side of the world is fun. 

Even though I have been educating myself since 2009 by reading books and blogs, watching webinars and tv shows, listening to podcasts and having hands on experience in the RE world (I co-own a reno company and am a mortgage loan officer (as well as a personal finances advisor)), I believe that we should never stop learning and sharpening our skills. 

Of course not, people get on BP for what they believe is good knowledge, just like people pay for guru seminars for what they believe is good knowledge.Full disclosure, this is just my opinion, and I am in no way affiliated with any guru, program, scheme, flim-flam, fast one, hosing, con, shakedown, sting, or hustle, I am simply a fan of seeing grown RE investors digress into 12 year old World of Warcraft forum trolls anytime someone mentions a "RE Guru".

Get some books and start your REAL education ;)  What an amazing world to be a part of.

I have a hunch that a hand written yellow letter isn't going to fly in the commercial world? 

Fellow landlords,I'm looking for your real world experience and valuable input.My first financially significant problem has struck.

But there has to be some they are just not on BP  :)I wasn't aware just how limited the responses would be.  10 years is not a long time in the buy and hold world.
