Most of the bigger wholesalers that I interact with all have Real Estate license's and follow the laws in that regard..

 I cant help but feel that we as a society are distancing ourselves from personal interaction.

@Caleb Ryan I've got to make a habit of using Facebook more as I joined a few groups but have yet to really interact either them.

This happens a lot here, fake spam accounts with no profile picture and spending WAYY too much energy defending or promoting some sketchy business but not interacting with the forum otherwise at all.... even going so far as to outline in detail how the system operates.. like a totally normal person would, of course.   

But if you don’t file the sch C correctly, your income will be subject to self employment taxes and, in the year of disposable, the gain and suspended losses don’t interact correctly as they should.I am not sure why you want to report your rental in sch C.

It has to be content that people are actually interested in and clicking on/interacting with.
