That's when the Agent/PM decided to expand the operation and bring in help.It first started with helping people earn their agent license at a discount (nothing wrong there) and then led to hiring help on the PM side.

Without going into detail, I've made marketing connections that led to deals totaling well into 7 figures; money partnering connections that have helped me raise well into the 6 figures, and sold property to BP members.  

Some will get angry inside and become so resistant to being led into a sale that they just tune you out and you've lost any hope of making a deal. 

I sent out 1400 letters, received maybe 7 or 8 phone calls, none of which have led to a contract, and received many more calls from very irate people who were hurt and very upset that I had assumed their properties were vacant.  

Like all things in this bizz there are the good the bad and the ugly players out there.And with Sellers dealing direct without representation IE a broker or Attorney they can easily be led astray by a very good salesmen..

I am NOT okay with this because it is not being honest; the wholesaler is portraying himself as a end buyer when he is not, and the seller has a much less solid deal then he is led to believe.Three - The wholesaler portrays himself as an adviser (see above), helping the homeowner market his home.  

I have already had a good cash offer that would net me a very good profit it already for my 1st house and that led to an offer of financing the property if needed at 100% full value for 10% interest and 1.5 pts...good option if I need itFor my first one, I am going to wait on the BPO and SOW work with repairs before I list it.  

I'm so glad I came across your interviews on the BP podcast... which then led me to your podcast which is chock full of so much good stuff.
