I totally understand desire to paint the walls the colors you want and to own the place, but MA has several downsides.

What paint color did you use for the walls?

Why not pull out those tiles and replace with a contrasting color tile?

Maybe you could use it as an accent color and continue with white which has been successful in the past but with the detail of the olive door which is very nice. 

If you are selecting designs, colors, etc. then having a Realtor that is a GC managing your flip is probably a good idea, but not 100% necessary if you have a system and a good plan up front for what you want to do.
