Whenever a tenant asks to move in another person or animal, follow up to make sure they don't do so behind your back.Issue Two:  If the damage to the car happened on private property, the police may regard it as a civil matter between the two parties and not get involved.

That is an excuse most people use to keep animals, occasionally it is needed.

If you want to do the loans in the name of the LLC, you're talking about commercial financing, which is a completely different animal - and something I'm not familiar with. 

Which ikno is a different animal in its self.  

I would just let them know up front that you are watching to learn and not to micromanage, should make it a little smoother.

I also had new leases typed up for them to sign and explained to them that everything in the lease was the same, except that it was between my company now instead of his.The previous owner was pretty lax and it took a couple of stressful months to get the tenants to figure out how we are going to do business, and now it is going much smoother.

If you're talking about you loaning me money to purchase a property, that's a totally different animal.
