I personally observed YL actively seeking to take new orders from people they believed to be new customers, after the supposed "shutdown".YellowLetters.com has now re-branded and they are answering phones again. 

Two  observed evidence of active DWT and also recommend tent fumigation.

Hi Tamera, My mother has done property management for decades, so I was able to observe it for my entire youth, and I started helping at a young age. 

For instance, it's been my observation that many poor people tend to over compensate.  

They would have been excellent long term hold, so try to hang on to yours :)You have great observation about the bay area vs Texas market.
