there are bidding services in the bigger markets.short of that you could probably find a good realtor that would do that for you if you agree to list back.You call the bank there in the market have the checks made out to the trustee or sherrif the bidder picks them up you give permission for the bidder to pick them up.. they use them or if they don't they return them same day to bank.I did this for years when we covered 4 counties a day..

I have also gotten permission from a tenant to let myself in and pick up the check when they are not home.
