@Charanjit Singh I think your question was already answered but just a few more thoughts.Commercial brokers are just like everyone else in that they would prefer to do their business during business hours and the more experienced, better brokers are probably more inclined to this than others.

I’d recommend doing something in the evenings and freeing yourself up during the day to build your network, shadow someone more experienced, research as much as you can about your market and attend as many community events as you can and practice working the crowd while you are there.
