When I acquire a property, I sell it on my website in addition to e-bay, Yahoo, and by direct mail, and classifieds.I am also considering e-mail marketing, but no one likes spam.I will post my website here when I pass the 10 mark.I print my own flyers with color and black and white printers, ( I use two passes, once through a color inkjet, then through a laser.)

These 3 items would be used across the 7 properties I own so how would you note that on a schedule E come tax time since its used across the board for the overall operation of the business and not linked to a specific property.

But all the banks I work with happily give me mine upon request or I get an e mail..
