Your biggest electric drain will also be your AC and water heater which you might look into options for. 

For example, in one unit I provided a garbage disposer, but I told the tenant when it dies, it will not be replaced or repaired, I will repipe the kitchen drain to get rid of it. 

Somebody steals an account number, decides they want to get some dollar amount out of that account, and calls the bank to see if they can drain that amount from the account; so banks don't always do that.

Just remember, unless You can Drain the water system, shutting off the water will not stop the pipe and fixture freeze damage.

I just had a busted sewer line under the slab at one of my rentals. 10 months of cash flow literally flushed down the drain.

I too own a condo and recently had a sewer drain overflow that ruined the carpet.

I have also had NUMEROUS (and very expensive) plumbing problems due to the amount of food and debris they put down the drain.

Have fun paying the LLC yearly renewal fees and see what a drain on cash flow that is!!

A clogged drain or A/C can wait till morning.
