Was not a newbie landlord in general, but a newbie OOS landlord:Trusting a supposedly-vetted PM/turnkey provider to follow the minimum tenant-acceptance standards they claimed to their buyers/owners they follow was my mistake.Result: two defaulted tenants in less than a 12-month period (one eviction, the other painfully made it to the end of their lease - with personal guarantee of payment to me by the PM, after a dispute.)There was a 3-4 month’s vacancy between the two tenants.
