Yes, the MLS was one of the things that I thought might be an advantage but I really don't think I/we'll be spending our time waiting to jump at the next property that comes along.

Water pressure can be an issue but I really have only seen that with a well.

In full transparency, because of the general state of the real estate economy, there are no markets out there right now that will be an Atlanta in 3 years like I experienced with my properties.
