Since I live in California, it’s no secret that properties out here are not cheap.

They have no "Secrets" that you can't learn hundreds of other places, including here on BPAlso consider they are not going to tell you everything you need to know.

However, a secret is that you can get a copy of Ebay for about 8 times less than buying retail from the company.

I personally believe leverage is the secret to large amounts of wealth and growth and any major players I read and trust say the same.

The big secret is to network with and learn from the people here.
