That your plan for this property is for it to be decently maintained blue-collar rental, and what they want to do is not in your budget.I have a Canadian friend who uses that like a mantra.

In 20 years, manhattan will still be the same size (maybe smaller depending on your stance on global warming).

@Wesley Davenport I don't know that a Canadian landlord could say with certainty what a Section 8 tenant would or would not do.

It did happen when a very limited supply is crossed with tons of global money over multiple cycles.

No easy answer for this one, IMHO, this Corona will be contained quickly in USA... but with a 'global' economy freaking as it is, "you might feel a little pinch" the dentist says as the needle goes into your gum.Everyone:  hang in there, stay calm, be safe.

Also, are you a licensed real estate agent/broker.In most of the US (not familiar with Canadian laws) a property manager must either be an employee of the property owner OR, be a licensed RE Broker.
