@Brandon Brown closing process doesn't change.

All of the properties are on South side of Atlanta, off Cleveland Avenue, near Browns Mill Golf Course. 

And then add to that insulation on top of thatIt would also need new siding as the aluminum siding is pretty dinged up and a pretty ugly brown.
