We just had a local 'insured' Landscaper get nailed for a wrongful death for basically poor equipment maintenance (required a $40 part).

If that company get's sued for a faulty device or equipment or something.

lol although I have to admit, I'm a little jealous I spent my hard earned investment money on more real estate rather than a shiny orange Lambo and para sailing equipment :*(  I could have been somebody!!!

Meters/main are on one side and an additional power meter was installed and cable placed in a tray in the garage ceiling that exits in the back of the building where they added a concrete pad, locked gate, and all the equipment needed.

A good place to start is to value it based on the the last 3 years income plus the value of any assets you acquire in the deal (trucks, large equipment and tools, office that is owned, etc).

The rec center has exercise equipment @10 bucks a day for non residents.

Of course, this particular one had 4 stables and a house, but no animals, tractors or equipment.

Unless one is considering building a very small enclave as a part-time venture where the operator is also running the heavy equipment and using very little outside help, it could well be dangerous financially and otherwise for most people.
