There is this stigma of poor housekeeping associated with bedbug infestations, but due to these varied means of infiltration that  stigma has now been disproven (although poor housekeeping will allow for the infestation to have more hiding places).There is really no way to be 100% certain of the source.

But, one couple also told me that another tenant, supposedly, hides 5 cats in her apartment that are "feral," so she doesn't consider them to belong to her.But, I'm curious as to whether or not any of you landlords have had issues with feral cats and other feral animals being fed by tenants, as far as damage or noise - or as an excuse for the tenant to say they don't have an official pet (or too many pets) - because they are "only" feeding feral animals?

I'm assuming it is to hide nail holes, dents, etc.

I use combo lock boxes when a worker needs in a unit and when I leave town I hide a combo lock box at my house so my handy man can get in and access the locked key boxes should the need arise.

I did have another investor who had to hide their fridge because the inspector didn't want to see one in the basement.

. $200 might be too high (I doubt that he - the cousin - has any job at all), and they may go with option 1, and just try to hide better whenever we visit.I want to add that I do not want to risk loosing this tenant.

Can't hide the location, but don't need to meet people there when all the kids go screaming by.
