Most businesses start factoring in CC transaction costs into their sales prices, so eventually this comes back as a pass-through cost to customers.

Their expense is simply another business expense like the utilities, taxes, insurance, supplies, HOA, etc.

I had to pivot to a more creative, non-traditional way to structure deals to keep my business going. 

CPA recommended we open a joint business checking account under both of our names to keep tax season simple.

I wondered if during the day when the people they were there to visit were in class or busy, maybe they'd like to exercise, but I think you're right.

Again I'm just exploring my options as this is my hard earned money that I'm spending and I'm not an iron fist person but like to be "fair" and "punctual" with any business.
