Is there any way to structure a deal that I can pay his past due amount to stop the foreclosure then finance the rest of the property in a couple of weeks.

He/she will be able to address how something would need to be structured and presented to the court. 

I have great credit(815) and money for the down payment and repairs so i dont see what the issue is....i dont want this deal to slip by so i need some advice on how to structure the deal.
