I've been following his thread for awhile and have gotten used to the practitioners of this strategy trying to explain how this method overcomes the laws of algebra, but now we have a a real live educator in out midst.

My wife/business partner is kind of the MTR expert between us, and she's always saying, you don't care who your tenant is -- traveling nurse, displaced homeowner due to remodeling or home damage, remote worker, transplant wanting to figure out the city, etc. -- you care that you get a good tenant; that's all.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

My fiancé is a nurse at the county hospital, so once we marry, I will get some of my property taxes back in the form of her salary. hah.

You would seek a surgeon who specialized in what you need, not a general practitioner.

I actually would love to rent to nurses, as they can pick up extra shifts to make payments.
