I get some Japanese and Korean renters working for big companies like Toyota and Samsung and plenty others that rotate in and out and they tend to rent at higher prices. 

I'm learning to navigate the site, and look forward to making new connections.

Curious if you have any advice to navigate this matter with the goal of leaving as little of my capital in the deal so that I can rinse / repeat.

I have learned red flags i.e. high insurance rates, bad areas, old windows, retrofit, COVID tenants etc but really feel still like a ship in the dark without navigation equipment.

The tricky part is navigating your county‘s website.

(I live in Canada if that matters)I have successfully completed BRRR deals on two 4-Unit apartments but it was on the residential lending side.Any suggestions on how I could structure my plan to do a BRRR while navigating seasoning periods?

If you can find an investor centered agent then they will know about navigating the markets and properties than you will ever learn just becoming an agent. 

The project will require pulling permits and the GC will have to navigate the process as we’ll be managing the project remotely.
