. :)I understand the freedom of speech stuff, the right to conduct business and commerce, but you can't yell "fire" in a theater and business is regulated for the public good.Too bad it's not a felony to conduct RE education without a license that requires tested knowledge and qualifications of those presenting anything as educational materials or methods of conducting business.

That said... you can't just take pass a test and pull a broker's license, most states have a salesperson time-of-service requirement (2+ years).
