I have had good success with this but it can be pretty labor intensive.

I recall testing day chatting with a few other newbies and talking about where we all went to school.

He himself has parents and relatives who have money and I told him to test us out first.

. :)I understand the freedom of speech stuff, the right to conduct business and commerce, but you can't yell "fire" in a theater and business is regulated for the public good.Too bad it's not a felony to conduct RE education without a license that requires tested knowledge and qualifications of those presenting anything as educational materials or methods of conducting business.

That said... you can't just take pass a test and pull a broker's license, most states have a salesperson time-of-service requirement (2+ years).

When dealing with a forum and people on the internet you need a good litmus test.

I love BP posts on screening, they help you test your screening skills and it is always interesting what people see and do not see.

Alternatively, you can designate more properties if you come within certain valuation tests.

This eats up parking especially on testing days.
