I have no background in this business, however I have worked in corporate America for the past twenty years.

I would still only install one if the costs of extra vacancy/decreased rent is greater than the cost of the dishwasher and maintenence.Also, make sure you or the plumber incorporate the drain from the dishwasher into the sink traps correctly. 

If you have a company by all means incorporate.

I think our biggest concern/push for incorporating would be to limit liability and de-risk personal assets.
