Agreed mate,I have no idea why they are even considering hiring a property manager.We will send them out terms and I'm sure they will bulk at them.But it is what it is.I learnt a long time ago that you must be willing to say "No" to good opportunities so that you can say "Yes" to great ones.I'm also proud of the team as this would be a chunky commission for Sean but even he isn't for taking on this business under current terms.
