In my personal experience (might have just been the individual and not representative of the company), they did not get up on the roof, they did not get into the crawl space, and they missed a handful of minor but worthy issues I would have noted inside the house.

I've done all of those in the past, but learned that it isn't worth my *particular* time (some people have more time on their hands ;-) I can usually get everything I need to know by Google Maps and a quick drive by.

If he creates an Airbnb (or VRBO, or whichever platform they end up using) profile, you could require him to hand it over to you when the lease ends.

Some years back when recycling started, the property changed hands, the new owner assigned 3 pails to each tenant, for regular, paper, and plastic garbage, so each will handle their own.

sure thing.your developer/buyer/builder is going to need to pay out side consultants to prosecute the subdivision plat.. this may include among other things the following depending on jurisdiction:survey workengineering worksoil  testinggeo tech reports.city and state applicationsetc etc.. you want it in your contract that when this developer pays for these items.. that they are also your property.. in other words if he does not follow through he hands them over to you.. because these items are the property of who ever hired the consultant you have to specify in your contract that the buyer if they don't go through with the deal will hand this stuff over to you.this will help U resell if needed or prosecute the map your self without having to pay for these things all over again.
