Who know what regulations will come down the pipe as other local towns have implemented.Just looked up Airdna and they have the lions share(289 rentals) in the area although they aren’t listed in the Top Properties category.

I suggested doing a master lease listing me as the master tenant and then I would sublease the rooms to his current tenants.

However, any realtor can look up those keywords in the MLS to find listings where they are open to seller financing. 

You'll get on more email lists then you'll know what to do with. 

Network and try to find a mentor in these groups or wherever you can to help guide you through this industry.But if your market doesn't provide the cash flow you're lookng for I would check out single family and duplexes in Cleveland, OH that can produce strong cash flow such as 44102, 44109, 44111, and 44135.Go into Zillow under rents and look at days listed and contacts.

I need  help finding  a resource or method that will allow me to see average market values  or listing prices for specific types of homes in a particular area.
