You know that you'd be taking a gamble with this purchase though. 

The common characteristics that I see are enduring ambition/work ethic, emotional resiliency, embracing change, accountability (ownership) and a willingness to help others and subvert your own personal goals to the goals of the organization. 

We do NOT have the same crazy system on mortgage-backed securities we had in 08/09, or to be more accurate the Jenga stack of gambles is not built in a way as it was. 

Participants were recruited using Facebook ads targeting a representative sample of the county by demographic and geographic characteristics.

I've never been a gambler, but a calculated risk shouldn't be seen as gambling. 

I have had some luck, although very poor search characteristics.

I take risks, I do not gamble on appreciation. 

Two new characteristics of the market that for me seem to be wild cards are  1)  REITS that buy and hold SFRS, and 2) Foreign (mostly Chinese) money buying properties.  

It's a gamble, or should I say calculated risk?

Gambling works out fine for some people.
