Ok so I've just finish my real estate broker course work, I have 27 credit can I take my test now to get my license?

I just finished purchasing my next project at the court house steps and I am working on a few more. 

They simply run out of money and can't afford to send eight guys to finish your job.

Finishing a property half way between flip and rent doesn't work, it has to be fully one direction or the other to be successful.  

You'd probably need to sand the rest of the floor and then finish the whole thing.

I think $60 is reasonable for a service call fee, as this not only includes diagnosis, but also shopping for the parts, buying them, coming back a few days later to finish the job, etc.Some places charge less for the service call, but end up taking a 50% mark up on all materials so you end up paying more.When dealing with landlords, when not an emergency and they give me regular business, I often end up just charging the time spend in their buildings at a flat hourly rate plus the parts at list price.

It has electrical in it, but it isn't a finished garage/ storage shed.

The buyer should sign their docs and you should be finished within an our unless some problems arise.

While I did not finish college with a degree, I still managed to be promoted into a high paying position with a privately owned company where all of my coworkers in my position have degrees.
