This always fascinates me.

I’m taking all my chemistry classes and on my science classes on top of my business classes.

Therefore, they didn't know they only had some surface knowledge of Real Estate and Investing in general.I had achieved being in the top 10% of my field of work, in this case, Computer Science, and worked as a programmer and compensated for my pay grade.I then learned everything I could.

I have been interested in RE and personal finance for a while now, but was planning on majoring in something else like Engineering or Actuarial Science, but I decided that if my long term goal was to get into RE then I would probably get more out of going into something that would give me more usable knowledge in that field.

Now, you need to attract and enlist those who will see benefit in the project, add their value, and together bring the project to fruition.That may seem overly simplistic but it’s not rocket science.  

There's a fascination in dropping out, especially in tech.

It's never an exact science as to whether each of those improvements would add to a Lender's FUTURE appraisal.

One thing that has always fascinated me is people who "go away" on vacation.
