I am interested in how they can claim a pre-existing legal document is "incorrect", are they providing any evidence/claim to why?

Where is the evidence that any of them can perform what is claimed.

Or does IRS need receipt for evidence of direct payment to the contractor?

I also wouldn't trust what they say unless it is backed up by some sort of evidence.
