There are many neighborhoods going through changes around the the Nashville urban core that are in close proximity to destinations like Geodis Park, Fifth + Broad, and the Nashville International Airport (BNA).

I think what Alex is alluding to is that it is so overwhelmingly common for these to be small lots of vacant land that it's only practical to pursue them if you already own an adjacent property and can parcel them together. 

The highway down from Phoenix through Lukeville and Sonoyta is good, and well travelled.The only real drawback is that while there is an airport there waiting for good sized commercial planes, there is not yet a reliable commercial schedule.  

I think you need to be a resident of Hancock county for them though, or an adjacent county.

I'm thinking I let this woman and her grandson know what I found on the county records, and tell them I cannot buy unless the adjacent property also sells.  

An adjacent lot does not affect, impede or improve the view.

Find out how the airport, the metro area and the infrastructure are doing, then take the drive across the island.

If you are unsure of purchasing a structure that is adjacent to the 100 year floodplain, you should consider speaking with the local community floodplain manager or someone that would be familiar with your area.  

The addresses of the adjacent houses should establish a pattern that make this address fairly obvious, even if your county doesn't have a good online GIS system.
