Since the "bonus" commercial cashflow from this value-adding is mostly profit, the ROI should be stratospheric, which also opens the door to refinancing and walking away with a fast fat check at the loan's close.The demand for this type of moderate housing stems from the fact that the county is going to be growing by at least 10,000 residents per year for the next 20 years (I think more), they'll all need a place to live and the established county policy is to channel much of this growth into the urban western county.

It's just the humanity and development going everywhere thus  you see more building and it's just natural to see more disaster.But like everyone said, at the end of the day the answer is just buying Tesla or Sunpower LOLFor politician in third world country, global warming agenda is way for the elite to ask for western money ; while for the industrialist it's a way to ask China not to become the biggest polluter in the world.But both side is winning, China is producing wind turbine and solar PV ; while US is producing Tesla LOLAnd home price in FL is still way expensive LOL
