If you haven't already read them, I suggest starting with Rich Dad, Poor Dad, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing and The Book on Investing with No (and Low) Money Down.After you've read all of these you should have a better idea of where to start.
