Again, in the internet bubble everyone was a stock market investor most of whom thought they got rich.  

Everybody going to be a RICH MILLIONAIRE tomorrow.

This is just the kind of location I'm hoping to find, as Summerlin itself is probably a little rich for my blood for a first rental.

Spend time with your mother, mine past away 10 years ago last January, still miss her, so make as many memories with mom (and your dad) as much as you possibly can, the real riches in your life are in your family.

I have the Rags now how do I start the journey to Riches.  

The rental rates won't make you rich, but they'll cover the cost of a mortgage plus a few hundred bucks in your pocket monthly.

Second option - go talk to all your family and rich friends.

A poor persons mentality and a rich persons mentality.
