I'm currently located in Ashburn, VA but my market is not suitable for investing as the median house price $442,485.

After looking and searching Maspeth is not the best location since the best transportation you can get are buses.

Hello,I have an 1 bed/1 ba condo located in Glendale, AZ area of 63rd Ave/Glendale.

Would love if people give advice on places and locations where to meet these like minded people.

 It's been happening at BW three's for the last few meetings, but I just got a note saying that the location is TBD.  

I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

In the mean time I will continue to learn how to analyze deals and educate my self but once its time to take the next step I want to have an idea at what location I would start looking.

I don't even know how I'm going to fund the deal, but on fat deals, there's always money.
