Currently, the rental income would not cover the mortgage payments, but I'm considering refinancing if interest rates decrease (possibly conventional to free up VA entitlement) as well as adding a fifth bedroom to increase rental income.My Plans: I intend to retain the NC property due to a stable tenant with a recently renewed year-long lease.

Outline that the sale is contingent upon the inspection report being satisfactory to the buyer.- Appraisal Contingency: State that the purchase is contingent upon the property appraising for at least the purchase price.

Yeah, I think 140 stuck because I actually got my VA COE last year when I was considering moving and wanted to free up some dp cash for investments.
