The actual solar cells themselves don't degrade over time: solar systems, after 20 or 30 years, don't work as efficiently as they did on Day 1.  

Does the complainant have the tenants cell, animal control?  

Well, the next day I called my local Home Depot store, briefly summarized my experience, and was given another number to call which turned out to be a scam attempt as the person who answered the phone told me that, if I was over 50, I was the lucky winner of a personal safety monitoring device, then asked "Can you hear me?"  

Technology is major for us; we're early adopters of new devices and happy to discuss and advise peers about technology.

Yeah, I'm not really too concerned about someone taking my pictures - I took them with my cell phone.

Just as Apple can't charge $10k for a cell phone, so too I cannot price at some absurd level of the market - but when people see my place compared to another place, the choice is clear.

@Ken Latchers, yes we did have minimal understanding of what we got into and we will pay dearly for this....no one out here will help us and the tenant just harass me on my cell phone.

In Illinois the direct law indicates that each cell is a clear and separate entity.

Yep, every unit has its own separate gas meter and in unit furnace/heater one has a fireplace that is rated for use as a heating device.

It's all wireless with all separate parts including the dialer you can hide many places that uses a SIM card from any cell provider.
