There have been quite a few tired mom and pop landlords that have cashed in selling their portfolios in the past 24 months and have been making out well.

Is anyone else as tired of the fear mongering as I am? 

The gentleman was the original owner of the property but it was a STR and he was tired of taking care of it and it just wasn't worth it for him. 

Honestly just tired of dealing with a couple mortgage companies increasing rates and adding extra cost every other day.

Tired of paying the govt 40-50k a year in FICA taxes and state tax on top of thatI still have a W2 job but got my license and also work under a broker

I originally purchased this property as an FHA and while I lived there, I got a flat tire from a nail that was in that missing part of concrete, so I do believe this is necessary.

I think I can get it to about 90% flipped and list it by mid-November (maybe some doors and windows don't look very updated, garage left looking somewhat tired, a couple landscape aesthetics left unresolved).

I been wanting to start in this but financial reason I feel are holding me back I work 40+ hours weeks and genuinely be so tired and I have bills to pay so it’s like I can never win I didn’t have a car I just bought one cause it was needed.
