It will have to take advantage of the permit code that says you have to show work every six month as being done and not abandoning he work so the permit does not expire but that is doable, even on my budget.

I get the idea that you are a "professional" and young are comparing your worth to another "professional", however comparing a realtor to a doctor is laughable.I would compare it to things like doing your own taxes, performing your own car maintenance, and other tasks that are doable by regular people, however maybe not as good as a professional would do it.
