Started an event promotion business a few years ago, and RE investments are still new to me.

Hello everyone,Hopefully this isn't against the rules as my goal isn't to promote any group but rather to gather some new and/or veteran investors in the field of RE to create a small accountability/networking group where we gather to chat/discuss ideas, help each other out, meet and network with like minded investors, and maybe even partner in the future as we go through our journey of RE.

I have looked into a couple of turnkey investments, this might be an option but have been put off by RE agents trying to promote turnkey properties with exaggerated returns.Again, thanks a lot for the replies everyone, truly appriciated!

@Lucia Rushton I am....but the technicality here is that you aren't supposed to "self promote".  

Unfortunately thats the mindset that a lot of people here on BP promote.

I only work in MA, so I can't represent you in NC (therefore, not self-promotion).They look for a minimum of 10 acres and need fairly close by access to 3-phase power as that's what they feed back into the grid.

Nick, for what it's worth I'd take the maxims promoted by BP and realize they are market specific and as well as time specific.
