Hello everyone,Hopefully this isn't against the rules as my goal isn't to promote any group but rather to gather some new and/or veteran investors in the field of RE to create a small accountability/networking group where we gather to chat/discuss ideas, help each other out, meet and network with like minded investors, and maybe even partner in the future as we go through our journey of RE.

I have looked into a couple of turnkey investments, this might be an option but have been put off by RE agents trying to promote turnkey properties with exaggerated returns.Again, thanks a lot for the replies everyone, truly appriciated!

I only work in MA, so I can't represent you in NC (therefore, not self-promotion).They look for a minimum of 10 acres and need fairly close by access to 3-phase power as that's what they feed back into the grid.
