I want to talk to all the banks I can about refinancing options, the bank we have our current mortgage in is Ibercaja and they are not too helpful, if anyone could share info on the most investor-friendly banks in Spain and also serious private lenders (without so many referalls and other like minded investors to ask about lenders as in other countries I find it hard to trust the advertising of private loans you see everywhere) it would be helpful also.

In some spots, we work some places like sponsor themselves as private yoga teachers, or private chefs, etc., and it helps our str get a lot of business and a lot of those folks recommend our STRs.

Most DSR lenders want minimum loans (not purchase price) of $75-100k.For apartment buildings, your $125k equates to around $400-450k purchase, as you'll also need closing costs and improvement funds.Depending on where you buy, this price equates to a Class C or D property.
