I am looking to help clients to buy and sell great deals, as well as considering partnerships as boots on the ground. 

I knew I wouldn't be able to do it without the help of the BP community so I pulled the trigger on a Pro membership today. 

In my head it was more of a limited partnership but I realize now that it just seems like a loan that I won’t get much out of. 

I’ve seen enough people regret selling a few years later here on BP to at least raise the idea of looking at as many creative options as possible before pulling the trigger and selling.

Does anyone have experience setting up a partnership where 1 person paid the down payment  and the other person found the deals, tenants and managed the property?

Account Closed in Virginia we would have to update our operating agreement to reflect a change in partnership.

Btw, every month we are technically making infinity returns on that house :)From there we began to realize that everyone else's strength brought a unique value to the table, which ended up with us forming a partnership in Spring of 2019...which then snowballed into us BRRRR'ing 7 single family homes with ultimately $0 of out pocket.
