i hav a friend whos financing just fell thru on a 200 k loan to finance his salvage operation he has the land and liscencing all wrapped up but needs operating capital and money to buy a scale he has some good collateral if interested kevin

And landlords became very rich last couple years :D Here in Ukraine operate many int companies: Colliers, Cushman&Wakefield and CBRE (via assosiates), LaSalle, Knite Frank and market looks very affordable.

I have an opportunity with a hotel property that was closed for a couple of years and then purchased by a speculative investor who did not know the ropes with regard to operations for a hotel.

Throughout the United States, operating expenses run 45% to 50% of gross rents.

My main goal for this next year is to expand my operations into at least one nearby city, probably Lubbock, TX.
