A friend of mine went this route, used to borrow money from me and now people are hitting him up to borrow from him (showing off his shiny new truck hehe).

I've only revised mine once, for some seller financing interest I forgot to report (since this doesn't come as a standard tax statement like mortgage interest paid through a bank). 

They're worth their weight in gold and it's a pass through cost.

Besides the little expenses and even big expenses (both furnaces replaced January 2021) I have no complaints.A goal of mine and something that I have said many times was that I want to buy a second property within a year.Now this is where I am looking for advice.

I initially got mine just to have access to the MLS as an investor, but have also enjoyed helping my friends and family find their houses.  

I like visiting mine however, they are very hard to get into because they are booked non stop.
