Looking at future growth rates, some estimates say that we should be able to double our population within the next 10-15 years and triple our population in the next 20-25 years.  

I also have a handful of great friends in Milwaukee with full time real estate success under their belts that I could hook up with locally as well.Cheers to your future!!

Focus on the future, not the past.Avoid headaches and switch to using month-to-month rental agreements.

The long term plan is to rent out the main house and the apartment for future passive income.We're starting looking into the 203K loan or Homestyle loan.

I’ve had plans to be an accountant for two years now and I am fixating my future on real estate.

No one looking to buy wants the business, they want the property which can and will be used to build an apt complex of at least 50 apts (on the conservative side)  and possible +100, which we've been told by the board is very likely since they want to build the area up.Does anyone have any experience in building a complex like that from scratch, i want to get into real estate and me (his son) this could be a huge step in the right direction, we have some investors we can sit down and talk with in the near future.
