Mistake #1 I overbid my first REO by 8k, #2 Paid a commercial HVAC team to do electrical, plumbing and central air which cost 37.5k...#3 Never checked for a water pipe, and almost excavated the sidewalk before jackhammering the wall out #4 There was a massive pit bull next door who I never made friends with!!!

People are able to live healthy lives inside homes that have lead paint, as long as the lead is not in the air to be breathed, lead is not ingested and paint is properly sealed without hazardous risk.

The water heater needs replacement, air handler filter is close to replacement along with the condensing unit, the dishwasher is inoperable, there is water damage below the sink, and the bathroom sinks have coating deterioration.

Make sure you get it in writing and that it's signed if they approve your request.2nd you can have a lawyer comb over the bylaws and they will determine if the wording is vague or air tight.
